Today I upgrade my knowledge and skill with HRMIS application.

My “azam” in year 2010, I will apply my leave on line. In order to accomplish it, I make some note for future reference .

Steps To Apply Leave Using “Aplikasi HRMIS”:

1. Open the website: http://www.eghrmis.gov.my
2. Click "Aplikasi HRMIS"
3. Log in
   
4. Click "Hantar"
5. Click "Pengurusan Saraan, Faedah & Ganjaran"
6. Click "Pengurusan Cuti"
7. Click "Permohonan Cuti"
8. Click "Pemohon Cuti"
9. - Kategori Cuti : Pilih "Cuti Kerana Perkhidmatan"
10. - Jenis Cuti : Pilih "Cuti Rehat"
11. Click "Teruskan"
12. Paparan "Permohonan Cuti Rehat" - lengkapkan
13. Click "Hantar"

So I'm done. Remember to apply leave at least 3 day before.

During my long holiday (Friday till Sunday, 26 till 27 December 2009) I was doing some surfing about manual / procedure in handling examination. I have to come out with some ideas / Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) because in year 2010, Penilaian Tahap Kecekapan (PTK) for Ministry Of Education will be in form of examination for all grades.

Publish Your File Using PDF Format

Today I learn how to change file into PDF format. It is so easy. My office mate, Redzuan taught me. He is IT person and one of the team members who in charge my office web site.

It only has 2 steps. But before you start, make sure you have PDF or XPS program installed in your PC.

Step1 : OPEN the file which you want to publish using PDF.
Step2 : Click button Save As. Choose PDF or XPS. Choose the location where you want to put/save the file. You can change file name (if you want). Click PUBLISH

Congratulation, You are done.
